Time to get into your body and out of your mind!
Yoga is the practice of bringing the mind and body into unison using the common language of the breath. This ancient practice is multifaceted and can encompass the physical practice of yoga to every part of our lives. With physical yoga or asana, which is mostly what we refer to as “yoga” in the western world, different postures and sequences of those postures are practiced to create balance, peace, and connection within the body, mind and spirit.
During this time where many of us are staying home or striving for balance and a practice we can engage in on our own, yoga is a great tool!
We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite yoga podcasts here for you to delve into this rich topic and find the yoga practice, philosophy and community that resonates with you.
